Shipping Policy 

Free shipping above $200, oversized items with custom crates need custom quotes, international needs quotes. 

Artwork will be delivered via USPS, UPS or Fedex with delivery confirmation and insurance. Art will be shipped within 5-7 business days and upon receipt of full payment. Shipping times will vary based on delivery location. Each item is packed with extra protection. Encaustic paintings will be carefully packed and insulated in a sturdy cardboard box. If your encaustic painting is larger than 36x36 contact me for shipping quotes. Works on paper 8x10 and smaller are mailed in a sturdy flat mailer. Works on paper 10x10 and larger are mailed in a thick cardboard tube to cut down on shipping costs. I ship domestically within the US. Please message me for international shipping quotes.

 

Return Policy

I want you to be 100% happy with your artwork. Exchanges or returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Should your painting be damaged during shipping, please contact me as soon as possible so we can resolve the situation together. Proper handling of encaustic paintings will prevent damage to the painting. Although the surface is completely dry, encaustic paintings can be easily scratched, gouged, or chipped if handled roughly. No fingernails please! Protect encaustic from extreme temperatures in the range of 40-125 degrees Fahrenheit. Returns will not be accepted for misreading any information that is correctly stated in the product's listing, such as the size of the painting or the shipping time. Please note that CUSTOM paintings can NOT be exchanged or refunded.
